P!nk Confirms Pregnancy and Spills A Few Details On Her Rockstar Life

The pop star has confirmed that she and husband Carey Hart are expecting their first child. The 31-year-old singer confirmed to the Associated Press as that soon as the baby comes and can call her mama she will be back on the road touring. But for now she is taking time off during her pregnancy. A much needed rest I might add.

The couple married on January 7, 2006 in Costa Rica. They currently live in the Los Angeles area. Although the couple previously separated in 2008 and reunited with one another last year, they remain committed. They've yet to learn the gender of the baby, or decide if they want to know ahead of time. Her motocross racing husband is 35 and she is 31.

Alecia Beth Moore was born on September 8, 1979. Her rise to fame came in early 2000. Her music quickly found a fan base of loyal fans and she achieved commercial success with her first single, There You Go.

Pink has six albums under her belt: Can't Take Me Home in 2000, M!ssundaztood in 2001, Try This in 2003, I'm Not Dead in 2006, Funhouse in 2008, and this year Greatest Hits...So Far!!!

She also donated money to the Red Cross Bushfire Appeal to help people in Australia. Over 4,000 homes were lost, with 173 deaths, and more than 500 people remained injured as fire swept through Victoria. Her $250,000 donation shows her commitment.
