POEM: You Can't Fool Me

Pure Writing
You can't fool me.

I knew it all along.

I was just to nice.

To notice your disguise.

You sure did a good job at it.

You were wearing all the right outfits.

I tried as hard as I could.

To make it work.

But, you thought I was a dork.

You were looking for perfection.

And, alot of attention.

I gave it all to you.

But, it was not enough.

You knew it was not all a bluff.

I will keep tough.

And, out of your site.

I wish you knew this poem was for you.

But, I rather not tell you.

Instead you will figure out one day.

And, you will realize what you did.

Thanks for reading readers.
