Poem for a Friend

Alexandra Morgan
Too much soul to shiver in the 5 below wind chill,
layered 3 or 4 times over in someone else's worn outs/

no good's willed.

Despite the practiced packaging of the self --
t shirt, 'nother t shirt, sweatshirt, jacket, hat, gloves --
neck bare, no scarf.

Must get him a scarf.
All the poetry in the world is not enough thermol lining for this winter.

    Nice poem, just would benefit from a bit more editing again - thermol? When reading this, of course, there is the physical world element, but I also like how there is/can be a deeper meaning of one's own soul at play, too.
