POEM: Rewind Time

And, no longer dined.

Or, went out at night.

I wish I could rewind time.

So, I could take back my gifts.

That were given at your end.

I do not care of the value of the gifts.

But, the appreciation of my drift.

I wish I could rewind time.

And, take back the words, "I love you."

Because, to you they were out of the blue.

I wish I could rewind time.

And, I would of never stopped, and talked to you.

Because, you only needed a male, to turn pale.

I wish I could rewind time.

And, never asked you for your number.

That would have saved me my stumble.

I wish I could rewind time.

And, never brought you into my family.

It sure is sad.

How you are never going to be happy.

I wish I could rewind time.

And, I would have found someone else that was fine.

Inside, and out.

Instead, I found out what you were all about.
