Poem: Short Rhyming Poem with Uplifting Thoughts on the Afterlife

A Poem About Life After Death

Cindy Lynn

Just Around the Bend

We often feel as though our hearts,
Will break with deep despair.
The loss of ones we truly love,
Brings sorrow hard to bear.

We think they're gone, but it's not true;
They're only out of sight.
They're living in the Savior's love,
And sharing in His light.

The day will come when we'll behold
The faces that we cherish.
We'll know that love and faith, indeed,
Are treasures that won't perish.

And when that day of joy arrives,
Our hearts will surely mend.
We'll find our loved ones waiting there,
Just around the bend.
