Poetry: Alone
stands for the number one,
being without another's hand.
Setting, standing,laying alone,
can lead us to believe we are alone,
however little do we know
that's when we're the strongest in our lives
when
we stand alone
Reflection
Alone tends to be thought of as a lonely number. It can also be a time of finding about one's self. Take time each day for yourself. Many things can be done alone. Some of them are:
Reading
Writing
Washing dishes
Praying
and many others
Try thinking of a subject of concern while doing these things. Then ask yourself the questions you need answered. Standing alone in the midst of your problems should help give you the guiding light you're looking for. You can then feel free to feel your feeling without guilt. Then smile and face your answers with pride and courage. You're as strong as you want to be.
