One day my world will end
I try to think about my blessing instead
I know we all must go
I just want to be near them so
Life has given me many trials
but not without great lessons
I've learned how to be
there for the ones who need me
Never will I ask for a thing
Just let me feel alive and sing
I'm needed God don't you see
My job in this world isn't about me
It's about my family
My one and only treasure in my life
Let me breathe into them
Love, laughter, and more love
I promise to love them
and keep them
within the warmth
Of my wings
