Pole Fitness Miami is the original pole dancing school in Miami. Founded by Susan Hilferty, a former ballerina and co-captain of the Miami Hurricane dance/cheerleading team; classes are taught by certified instructors trained to teach all levels of pole fitness. Different levels of pole dancing classes are available seven days a week. Other original classes include Sexy Chair classes and Naughty Pollerina, a creative blend of ballet and pole. Individual classes begin at $30 while packages and unlimited monthly memberships are also available for purchase. There are two locations available, South Beach and the newest studio in Coral Gables.

Pole Dance Miami offers weekly group classes, private pole lessons, pole parties, and themed workshops. Each class begins with a warm-up on a yoga mat and ends in stilettos from one of 3 types of classes; structured pole classes, non-structured pole classes, and non-pole classes. Structured pole classes consist of Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels, while more relaxed non-structured classes are tailored around performance rather than technique. Choose from a list of entertaining classes like Arabesque, Bootyliscious, Kitty Kat Dolls, and Vixen. Non-pole classes are also available such as Bump N Grind, Chair Tease and Stretch & Relax. Each class is $35 or you can choose from 5 to 20 class packages for savings. Unlimited monthly memberships are available and priced at $190 a month.
