Polson , Montana is a beautiful town to visit. The town is on the southern edge of Flathead Lake . The town was named after Dave Polson, a pioneer rancher. The town is also the county seat of Lake County , and it is located on the Flathead Indian Reservation.

During the summer, Polson offers many out door recreation opportunities like boating and water recreation. You can go on boat rides or rent your own boat to water ski or tube in the Flathead Lake . There are other activities such as rafting or hiking in the area.
