Popchips Could Be the Best New Snack Ever!

Not Fried, Just Popped and so Yummy!

Diane Zoller-Ciatto
When I saw Popchips in BJ's Wholesale Club last week; I expected the mundane replacement we have come to expect from baked chips that resemble something between cardboard and styrofoam with salt. But this time I was pleasantly surprised to find that Popchips are so delicious and have such a wonderful crunch that I don't care if I ever eat regular potato chips again!

Always looking for better and healthier food choices, I was fortunate to find these for only $4.49 for an 11 ounce bag. Each serving contained about 23 chips, so it was a good amount and very satisfying. The Nutrition Facts are as follows:

The ingredients are as follows:

Natural Potato Ingredients (Potato Flakes, Potato Starch)
Safflower Oil and/or Sunflower Oil
Rice Flour
Salt

They contain no gluten, but are made on equipment shared with wheat. They are Vegan too!

They also have other flavors besides the Original Potato, so I am on the lookout for; barbeque, salt & pepper, sea salt & vinegar, sour cream & onion, cheddar potato and garlic & parmesan.

I rate them 5 out of 5 stars!!!
