Washington Metro has posted signs warning parents of the dangers of wearing the clogs while riding the escalators.
Reports of the Croc problem have been popping up all over the world, from America to Singapore to Japan. Karush reports that the soft shoe may get caught on the teeth of the escalator, the side of the escalators and the cracks between two steps. Most of the injuries have happened to younger children says Karush.
During the past two years, so-called "shoe entrapments" in the Washington subway have gone from being relatively rare to happening four or five times a week in the summer says Karush.
Basically, if you or your child is wearing a pair of Crocs, be sure to take the elevator instead of the escalator, this should insure that injuries will not happen.

Post a CommentThese shoes are not only dangerous for children, they are dangerous for adults also!!!! No one wants to stand up to this company and make them responsible for their product. I have looked for an attorney for eighteen months, My two years will be up in August. I will go to Colorado and meet with the executives so they can actually see someone that has been injured by these shoes.
