Popular Fashion Items that Need to Be Laid to Rest

I love fashion as much as the next gal and I am always looking for the next big trend in fashion to take place. What's it going to be this year? More or less of the same probably. Every year us women and some men look for something different to just wow our fashion sense silly. There is usually one big trend that comes out a year and that's it, everything else seems to stay behind and get re-worn over and over until we just wish it would die; it won't though some people still wear bell bottoms jeans for crying out loud. This list is for the fashion items I wish would just die already.

Furry Boots; who in the world thought that dead dogs on our feet would look nice? Now I'm sure it is not usually real animal fur on them but still it looks horrible. They seem to get even hairier and hairier every single year. When they get wet they look like they are drowning and that they possible stink. Once wet they will most likely not get back that fluffy look they had before the storm rolled in on them. Not worth the money or effort it takes to keep them groomed, get rid of them.

Flip Flops; now I'm going to sound a little like a hypocrite to anyone who knows me because yes I have been known to wear them. Most of us probably wear them for the convenience of it, you can slip them on and off and we all seem to think they go with just about anything we have hanging in our closets and yet we could never be so wrong. They make us look shorter, look cheap, look lazy they are an all around bad item to own. Get rid of them it only takes a moment to put on a real pair of shoes .

Yoga Pants; OK I understand you workout and that's great but if you are not on your way to the gym, or home from the gym then please change. I have seen a lot of camel toes caused by these pants and we all know that camel toes are never a pretty site to see, amusing yes but pretty no. So ladies please if your not exercising get rid of them.

Two or more layered shirts; what is up with these, they are horrible. They look cheap and it makes it look as if the wearer can not make up their mind "should I wear red or black, why not both" why choose when you don't have to, truly a disgusting site to see. I keep hoping these things will disappear yet they keep going strong, I just can't figure it out.

Skinny Jeans; these were nice when they first came out. I would see all the pretty women with their nice figures wearing them and think to myself "good for you" it's nice to look nice, right. Well for some reason beyond me these got adopted into the cool to wear category by a fair amount of Emo boys and quite a few chubby girls as well. I can't decide if I am more grossed out by seeing young men wear pants so tight you can see which side it hangs on, and a horrible sight to see it sure is. Or if I'm more disgusted by seeing a chubby girl squeezed so tightly into a pair of skinny pants that they look like they are going to break away at the seams and she looks as if she is suffocating herself. I don't care if people are Emo's or chubby girls. They can go ahead and go be themselves, but please do it with a sense of what fashion should be for them not what fashion is for others, not everything is meant for everyone.

Half Vests; These puzzle me, I had thought that you wear vests to help keep you warm; something seriously wrong happened here with this particular garment. I see these all over the place they do nothing but simply go over the rest of the outfit. They do not flatter, even being as tight as some are they do not hang around your waist to accentuate it they just lay there and look pretty right below the breasts, well half pretty since the other half of it is missing in action. Seriously these need to die, I hope that this years trend will wipe these away for all of time.

The biggest fashion gone wrong culprit of all, denim. No I'm not saying jean pants are horrible in fact they are great everyone can find a pair that fits them and makes them look good. It's everything else that is made with denim; denim skirts, denim hats, denim vests gross, and worst of all the one thing that keeps coming back again and again, the denim jacket. Why oh why can't this stay gone? They are atrocious and make anyone who wears one of them look stupid. If stupid had a look it would be wearing a jean jacket complete with rhinestones. Please oh god please burn them all and never look back.

Now go and clean out your closets right now and make room for something a little more flattering and sensible .
