This is such a flaky pastry dough and Greek cheese delight. You can try fixing these with your kids, or other young cooking enthusiasts, because they are easy, fun, and the perfect kid-sized snack.
Hortopitakia, Otherwise Known As Savory Pies w/Spinach or Greens & Herbs
These are small pies that are made with greens and aromatic herbs. They're pretty easy to make, and especially with phyllo dough that you make from scratch.
