Chana Masala - Chana Masala is a popular vegetarian Indian dish consisting of chickpeas that have been cooked in a variety of exotic spices often including turmeric powder, bay leaves, ginger, coriandar powder, green chilli, red chilli powder, and garam masala powder.
Mattar Paneer - Mattar Paneer is a tasty vegetarian Indian dish that combines paneer, soft Indian cottage cheese, with green peas. The sauce of this dish is a curry with garam masala powder, ginger paste, turmeric powder, and garlic paste.
Navratan Korma - Navratan Korma is an incredibly flavorful vegetarian Indian dish filled with a variety of vegetables and spices, often including potatoes, cauliflower, green peas, carrots, and french beans, as well as red chilli, turmeric, coriander, and gaam masala powders and garlic and ginger pastes. Rasins and cashew nuts are also often included in this delicious, popular Indian vegetarian entree.
Vegetable Biryani - Yet another popular vegetarian Indian dish is Vegetable Biryani. This dish consists of Basmati rice, a variety of vegetables, often including potatoes, cauliflower, french beans, and carrots, and aromatic spices like cinnamon and cloves. Rasins and cashew nuts are also often included in this popular Indian vegetarian entree.
