Imagine crowded streets, leering frowns,

decieving sounds

trailing after the popstar

deceased at heart

And...

You spill your red, staining jelly

On her white pearl dress

The cameras appear-POOF!

A magical flashing blindess

From her belly sound breaks barriers

And from her throat a wrecking curse,

"Stupid fool! Learn how to walk!"

The steak is in

Drive it deeper.

"Don't you know who I am?"

No recognition, no sign or smile

The world, a criple, collapsed

If only-to know who you are,

Who is this?-not my freckled-faced beauty,

not with that nose.

And...

The stars exploded overhead, a body guard, a fist to the face,

Yes, to learn that walk, promote it with fancy talk-

To know who that is-

A curse in the heart? A memory?

Just glitter in my head, shiny and silvery,

desirable-but useless.
