Paulina Porizkova became the first contestant to be voted off of 'Dancing With the Stars.' As a result her partner and season one winner Alec Mazo is also out.

"I feel like the kid on the playground made by the parents to go home when they're not ready yet," she said after the vote.

"I guess my fan base was my family and they were not extensive enough."

Porizkova's elimination came down to a numbers game. While she and Mazo scored third overall, acquiring 40 points out of a possible 60 for her first two dances, she couldn't quite make up the numbers from the viewer votes. She came in ahead of the 34 points earned by Clyde Drexler and Billy Ray Cyrus.

Former Miss USA Shandi Finnessey was also in the bottom two despite having better scores than several other pairs.

Despite the early ousting, Porizkova, 41, managed to win over the judges. Judge Bruno Tonioli said that she had "class oozing from every pore."

Tonioli also praised her after her first performance on March 19.

Porizkova can rest assured that while plenty of people saw her lose on Tuesday night, they also saw her shine in her dances. 'Dancing With the Stars' kicked off its fourth season with a series best 22 million viewers.

In an effort to retain its numbers for results shows, 'Dancing With the Stars' is bringing out more big names for its lineup. In the first vote off, Dionne Warwick performed. Jimmy Kimmel also appeared to teach the tango with his parking lot attendant, Guillermo.

At least one of the contestants on the show has a friendly bounty on her performance. Bodog.com, a betting website, has opened up a wager as to whether or not Heather Mills' prosthetic leg will come off during one of her routines.

According to the rules, "Heather Mills' leg must fall off, not be purposely taken off, during a dance routine for all Yes wagers to be graded a Win."

Mills is not at all offended by the wager, and is laughing about it herself.

"There's only a small chance of it coming off," Mills told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show Monday. "I bet myself! That's why I kept my sleeve on!"

The remaining contenders on the show are Clyde Drexler, Billy Ray Cyrus, Shandi Finnessey, Ian Ziering, Joey Fatone, Laila Ali, Leeza Gibbons, John Ratzenberger, Apolo Anton Ohno, and Heather Mills.
