1 (3 to 4 pound) pork roast
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Place roast in crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over roast. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
Cherry Pork Chops recipe
6 pork chops, cut 3/4 inch thick
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup cherry pie filling
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1/8 teaspoon ground mace
Trim excess fat from pork chops. Brown pork chops in hot skillet with butter. Sprinkle each chop with salt and pepper.
Combine cherry pie filling, lemon juice, chicken bouillon and ground mace in crock pot. Stir well. Place chops in crock pot. Cover. Cook on LOW for 5 hours.
Place chops on platter. Pour cherry sauce over the pork chops
Cranberry Pork Tenderloin recipe
1 (16 ounce) pork tenderloin
1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4-1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons cold water
Place the tenderloin in a 3-quart crock pot. Combine the cranberry sauce, orange juice, sugars, mustard and cloves; pour over pork. Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F.
Remove pork and keep warm.
In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch and water until smooth; stir in cranberry mixture. Bring to a boil, cooking and stirring for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with pork.
Yield 4 servings.
Crock Chops Supreme recipe
4 (1-inch thick) pork chops
2 medium onions, chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 large green bell pepper, sliced
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 beef bouillon cube
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
Add all ingredients except cornstarch and water to the crock pot. Cook on LOW for 5 1/2 hours.
Mix cornstarch and water together and stir into crock pot. Cook 30 minutes more.
Serve over rice.
Crockpot Pork Chops and Potatoes recipe
1 large onion, sliced
3 potatoes, sliced
4 to 6 boneless pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Spray crock pot with nonstick spray. Layer onions, then potatoes, then chops. Pour soup over chops. Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4-5 hours on HIGH.
Islander Pork Roast recipe
1 (3 pound) boneless pork loin end or sirloin roast, rolled and tied
5 to 6 whole cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup catsup
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet
Place roast on rack and broil 15 to 30 minutes or until brown. Stud meat with cloves.
Place roast in crock pot. Sprinkle with nutmeg and paprika. Stir remaining ingredients together. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on LOW for 10 to 12 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 6 hours.
Remove meat from crock pot. Juices may be thickened with 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water. Cook on HIGH until thickened.
Italian Barbecue Pork recipe
1 pound boneless pork rib meat
1 bottle barbecue sauce
1 bottle of zesty Italian dressing.
1/2 cup brown sugar (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on LOW for 2 hours then crank it up to high for the last 3 hours. Stir occasionally. Shred meat with a fork when tender.
Best served on a roll or bun.
