Ingredients

Serves 6
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Oregano leaves
1 tsp Ground cumin
1 tsp Pepper seasoning mix (found in steak seasoning section)
1 tsp Emeril's Original Essence or other seasoning mix
dash Minced onions
1 tbsp Vegetable or olive oil
2 lb Pork loin

Directions for Pork Loin with Spicy Dry Rub

Preheat the oven.
Preheat oven to 350 deg F.

Mix.
1. Mix together all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

Oil the pan.
Pour 1 tbsp oil in bottom of cooking pan.

Roll the loin in the oil.
Put in pork loin, roll it around.

Apply the seasoning.
Pinch the seasoning and massage it into the pork loin, flipping to do the other side once the top is completely covered.

Cover pan.
Cover pan with foil, wrap around the edges to completely lock in moisture.

Bake.
Cook for approx 1 hour, or until internal meat temp is 165 degrees F.
