Porn Star Bieyanka Moore Actually 15 Year Old Charrida Smalley?

Was porn star Bieyanka Moore actually 15 when she made her sextape videos? Could she be a missing (and endangered) Florida teen by the name of Charrida Smalley? This is a scandal that is brewing, and if allegations and rumors are true, there could be some pretty angry porn producers out there.

You see, the law doesn't differentiate whether someone knows an individuals true age when shooting a porn or having sexual relations. Although this may not sound fair, I can actually see why that distinction isn't made. This is just one loophole that some that exploit children can't use to get away with heinous acts.

Law Enforcement will come down like a ton of bricks on the producer of the video if it turns out that she was actually underage when the film was made - possible jail time. In addition, thousands of men out there may not realize that they just viewed child pornography. Now that her videos are out there, it's also going to be impossible to get them all back.

Bieyanka Moore is the name of an alias given for Charrida Smalley on a Web site that lists endangered youth. This could be an odd coincidence, or Bieyanka could really be Charrida.

It's sad in and of itself that she ran away from home. That means that there's some issue there, and that this young girl is disturbed. That being said, it's not too unthinkable that she would go ahead and shoot a pornographic film to make a few quick bucks. We don't know much more about her. Does she have a drug problem? Has she been abused?

I'll admit I am not a fan of porn. I see why some people like it, but it's not for me. Still yet, if I were a producer I think I would stick to casting people who definitely looked older than 18. I know that the jail-bait look is pretty popular, but they call it jailbait for a reason. What I am saying is that if you have a girl that claims to be 20, but looks 14 or 15...she really could be 14 or 15 years old.

I'm really hoping that Charrida Smalley and Bieyanka Moore are really two different people. I guess the only way we could get that proven is if they both showed up together somewhere. However, I have a gut feeling that this might be the same person, and that there's fixin to be a big scandal in the adult industry.
