Porn Star Capri Anderson Might Sue Charlie Sheen Over Scandalous Rampage in New York

New York Authorities Say They Have No Plans to Charge Charlie Sheen for Tuesday's Incident

Although The Plaza Hotel in New York and Charlie Sheen have come to an agreement on payment for the damages to the hotel room and New York authorities say they have no intention of charging Sheen, TMZ is reporting that porn star Capri Anderson (real name: Christina Walsh) might still be considering a lawsuit against the Two and a Half Men star. Instead of being arrested for what was an apparent tirade over a missing rare watch (or wallet) and disturbing the peace, Sheen was sent to New York Hospital and treated for an elevated heart rate. But Anderson, the woman identified as the person who locked themselves in Sheen's bathroom during his room-wrecking rampage, isn't feeling as conciliatory toward the actor.

Sources told TMZ that Anderson says she is considering a lawsuit because she feared for her life while hiding behind the locked door as a naked Charlie Sheen destroyed the posh Plaza hotel room to the tune of $7,000 or more in damages. Capri Anderson also says that she felt as if she was being held against her will.

But without criminal charges pressed against him, Anderson, who has retained a Beverly Hills lawyer for her possible legal action, would have to take the matter up in a civil court action. Unless she can convince New York prosecutors to charge the actor.

But TMZ maintains that New York authorities have no intention of doing so.

In Pitkin County, Colorado, where Sheen is on probation for a domestic violence incident with his then wife Brooke Mueller on Christmas Day 2009, the District Attorney is willing to listen to Capri Anderson's story. However, without criminal charges filed against him in New York, prosecutors in Aspen are not looking to suspend Charlie Sheen's probation, which ends in a matter of days.

But is there a chance that Capri Anderson might convince New York authorities that they should charge Sheen?

According to TMZ, Anderson never told New York's Finest Tuesday morning during her statement that she feared for her life or that she was held against her will.

Still, as mentioned, that doesn't preclude civil litigation. In fact, TMZ reported that Anderson's lawyer contacted Charlie Sheen's lawyer to let him know that the porn star had lawyered up. Sheen's lawyer's answer to the e-mail was reportedly, "Okay. So what?"

Singer's attitude seemed to mirror his client's about the scandal. When contacted about the incident in New York after he was released from the hospital, Sheen told Radar Online's Executive Editor Dylan, "Oh my man, I'm fine.

"The story is totally overblown and overplayed as far as the reality of the scenario."

Of course, Anderson could simply be bluffing, hoping to get an out-of-court settlement. It is rumored that Sheen owes her $12,000 for the evening, although she insists that she wasn't an escort and that she is not a prostitute. A source told Radar Online that after the alleged drunken rampage, Sheen never paid his "date" and all the trouble she is causing the actor is simply an effort to recoup the money she never received.
