RVers staying at Portobelo Village Mobile Home and RV Community will find 125 RV sites, 20 of which are pull-thru and all are 25 feet in width, making them wide enough for RVs with slides. All RV sites are equipped with 50 amp service, free internet and patios. Many of these sites are available for extended stay. Big rigs are welcome, but tents are not. Rates for staying here vary by length of stay and are available for daily, weekly and monthly with electricity not included in the monthly rate. A small garden can be planted for a small fee as well. These are all good reasons for staying at this RV Park.
Amenities available for guests at Portobelo Village Mobile Home and RV Community include a swimming pool that is open during the summer season only and has no lifeguard, shuffleboard, horseshoes, a recreation room and planned activities such as exercise classes, ladies arts and crafts, holiday dinners, live music, games and puzzles. The village also has a laundry facility, trash dumpsters and showers. Trash should be bagged up and put in the dumpster and the lid to the dumpster should be closed. There is a fenced and locked area for boat storage within the park also. Pets are welcome as long as the rules set by the management are followed. These rules include dogs being kept on a leash at all times when not in their RV, even at the dog walk area furnished here, pet owners must clean up after their pets, no pets that weigh over 20 pounds or are breeds that have violent reputations will be allowed in the park and there can only be two pets per RV. Quiet time in the park is from 10pm until 8am.
To get to Portobelo Village Mobile Home and RV Community, go to the junction of Highway 35 and Business Highway 35. Turn Southeast on Business Highway 35 and travel one mile to Wheeler and the entrance to the park.
