Youth Burnout and violence in youth sports have a huge impact on your child's lifetime goals and outlook on sports. Having witnessed coaches call 10 year old players liars, and a League Board Member / Coach throwing a bat at a dugout full of 7&8 year old players I decided to create and present a mini series / training guide to once again try and promote positive coaching and sports again.
