If we are not careful worry will prey on our mind.
Try to keep your thoughts anchored in Jesus and this is what you will find.
If you fill you mind with good and positive thoughts there will be no room for
any thing else to creep in.
Right now, this very minute is a good time to begin.
Are you having a hard time thinking of just one good thing with which to
start?
Close your eyes and let God speak.
He knows what is in your heart.
Did someone greet you with a smile today?
A smile you knew was sincere?
Okay, now you understand.
It's up to you to decide where you go from here.
Maybe you got a call from a friend.
An unexpected hug just when you needed it.
How did someone know?
Take a pen and paper and make a list.
You'll be surprised at how fast it will grow.
Keep you list for later reference in case of a particularly
difficult time.
Pretty soon you will be adding to your list.
Line after positive line.
