Possible Origins of Faeries

Note..this is a theory. I don't suggest this is true but just something that's been rattling around in the old wind cave (my head).

I've read stories on redheads with blue eyes being plentiful in Atlantis. I've read stories about the Magickal People of Danu that landed in Ireland to teach people the faery faith being very fair, many being blonde and redheaded. Here is what I think based on those things.

Red headed and blonde people came down from another Star system, mated with people of earth ( a mix of earth beings and others that came down from star systems earlier like in Sumeria for instance). These people landed in Atlantis. When Lemuria started to sink...many of those there came to Atlantis and intermarried with the light skinned folks of Atlantis. The population of Atlantis was far more red and blonde haired than any other colour, I've heard. These space beings with red hair were more advanced in some magickal arts than some of the folks on Lemuria. Those on Atlantis were looked up to as almost "Gods" because of their talents. As these "Gods" got more power crazed they caused earthquakes and storms by the misuse of crystal energy etc. The island of Atlantis soon sunk and many of the "Gods" got to ships first with the others struggling behind. These ships sailed for the north of Europe...mainly the Scandanavian areas. When these folks landed there they made this land their home for a long time. These people started to focus on the Danube River as a life giving force and saw the face of the Goddess Danu in this river and then in them all. In her name they did more and more magick. With the help of nature spirits and other dimensional beings help they finely tuned their magick. Time passed and these beings wanted to find a more private place to live out their lives without interference. They set sail and travelled to Ireland where they were called the Tuatha De Danaan (Danu people of the North) . They were known as tall and fair..the shining ones. They were seen as Gods by the aboriginal people of Ireland....as time went on these people and their easy access to the other dimensions became so intertwined that they were considered one and the same as the nature spirits although they were not.
The Danaan eventually vanished as people took less notice of them, disregarded them, treated the landscape with distain and mocked their magick and ways. They disappeared in different ways..some intermarrying with other folks, some actually leaving and some just hiding the old ways to keep them safe and blending in with the regular folk. To this day some folks consider witches and faeries as the same. Some human beings are said to have faery blood and many have red hair ...and this very well could be...the descendants of those first people from the stars sometimes called faery.

I think about this. Even if it is not true, it would make a neat book I'd say. Perhaps we hold these recessive genes because our bodies were more meant to be on a different planet at one time? who knows? Maybe it's all pie in the sky dreaming to make myself feel extra special?
