Powerball Numbers Now Worth Almost $200 Million

Powerball numbers can make Powerball players multi-millionaires several times over, if their Powerball number predictions are right. However, it seems there is a big Powerball winner once every 10-15 games or so, which allows the Powerball jackpot to get higher and higher. Last night, no one got all six Powerball numbers again, which means that the next person who hits all the Powerball numbers can win up to $200 million or more.

Last night's Powerball drawing selected the numbers 23, 30, 31, 35 and 42, with the Powerball itself being 6 on this night. No Powerball player in the 30 states the game is played got all six numbers. This means when Powerball draws again on Saturday, the jackpot will go up to $192 million.

Currently, Powerball is the big lottery game to play in the Delaware Valley, and across the country, if one wants to win really big money. Mega Millions is now down to a mere $16 million jackpot, so for now, its Powerball's turn to offer the large grand prize of the moment.

Powerball hasn't had anyone hit all six numbers since early April, when one man got the sole $144 million dollar prize. After that, Powerball fell behind in jackpot numbers to Mega Millions, which had three people split $225 million early this month.

Powerball numbers can be worth over $200 million if there is no winner on Saturday. But this current drought still has a long way to go to match Powerball's greatest jackpot of $365 million.

For now, Powerball players have had to settle for smaller cash prizes for coming close. One lucky player in North Carolina got $1 million for picking all the numbers right except the Powerball, while having the Power Play option. Five others won $200,000 for getting all five non-Powerball numbers without the Power Play.

Lottery players can warm up for Saturday's Powerball by playing Mega Millions on Friday, for the mere jackpot of $16 million. Those in New Jersey can also practice on their Pick Six game, which offers a record $20.2 million tonight.

For everyone else in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Powerball's 28 additional states, they'll be focused on finding lucky numbers that they hope will make them mega millionaires this weekend.
