PRACTICAL TIPS on HOW to GET a FLAWLESS FACE

People who are frequently out in the sun face more skin problem than those who are not. They are exposed to many harmful agents that could ruin the skin, most especially the face. Blackheads, rashes, and pimples are just few effects of such exposure. Aside from the one mentioned above, people who often use makeup are also prone to these, teenagers in particular.

When I was also a teenager, I experienced the same predicament but I was able to prevent it from getting worse and leaving ugly marks on my face. How did I do it? Here are some easy, practical, and doable tips and you will surely get the flawless face you are yearning for.

  1. Before you sleep, be sure to remove your make up or simply cleanse your face by washing it with facial wash. I choose not to recommend any brand because there are brands that are not suited for some types of skin. I would suggest, though, that you choose a cleanser that has micro beads in it because they help remove dead skin cells and makeup effectively. Put a pea-sized amount of cleanser on your palm, and then make a lather. Once you are done, apply it on your face. Massage in circular, upward motion. Pay more attention on areas that are more prone to exposure (e.g. nose, forehead, cheek, and chin). Do not exceed 30 seconds when washing, because if you do, you could strip off new skin, or your face would be very dry. Pat your face dry with a soft towel.

2. Next, apply toner using soft cotton. Toners help remove dirt that the cleanser could not remove.

3. Lastly, apply a face cream with UV SPF 15 to protect your skin from the sun the next day. A face cream with Vitamin C is better to use because it could give a natural rosy glow.

4. One last reminder, if you already have zits on your face, do not use a cleanser with beads or it could irritate them. Do not even try to prick those zits for it could get infected also.

After some days of continuous cleansing, your pimples would eventually dry up and peel by themselves. Do not attempt to peel them off using your nails because they could leave a scar.

Remember that beauty cannot be achieved overnight, it involves patience as well.
