I ask You - work through me...
Let Your vengeance become mine own
and let my vengeance become Yours.
Help me, Lord, to protect my family.
Help me, Lord, to recapture my pride.
Help me, Lord, by delivering my pain-incarnate
to my face so that he, and others may see
that no man shall tread on my back.
I do as You say, Lord...
I shall not seek him out.
I shall wait, knowing in my heart that You shall deliver.
Help me keep an open ear.
Help me see what needs to be seen.
Help me, Lord, to keep madness away
and not be distracted from my destiny.
