Preacher Calls Barack Obama a Mack Daddy Pimp

Barack Obama has been having a hard time in the last couple of weeks. He has had to deal with the "burden of association" of the support of Louis Farrakhan, his own campaign advisors calling Clinton a "monster" and his own pastor spewing racial remarks from the pulpit. But if that is not bad enough he is even taking heat from the support of a young woman that he has absolutely no association with-- a young woman who has been dubbed "The Obama Girl"

If you haven't seen this youtube video of a young woman dressed in a tight t-shirt and "Hooters girl" type shorts singing about how she is in love with Obama, then you should check it out. It is quite amusing as it was meant to be. However there is a preacher in Harlem who because of this young lady is calling Barack Obama a "mack daddy pimp."

According to this minister, Reverend James D Manning of the ATLAH Worldwide Church in Harlem, New York, the only reason that Barack Obama is successful is because of this Obama girl. He asserts that black people should not support Obama because of this video. He spews hatred for Barack in his pulpit with such assertions that Obama is a "long-legged freak" who "pimps white and black women."

I am not sure why this man is so angry, but he asserts that he is not "talking trash about Obama, but goes on to attack Obama's family by saying that the reason why Obama is a "mack daddy pimp" is because his "African in heat father went a-whoring after a white woman" and therefore Barack was "born trash." He says that the Obama girl video was Barack's idea and that was the first time he had ever heard of Obama was that he saw his name on "two great big ol' tits." And yes you read that line right... and this man said it from his pulpit.

Now I am not personally surprised by the words coming from this man's mouth because I have seen him before. He talks about everyone this way. If you look him up on youtube he has almost 50 videos where he is criticizing everyone. He even has a video called Oprah Winfrey has jungle fever. The man is very outspoken and most of his "doctrine" is based on things that he has made up. For instance, I heard him on a radio show in Atlanta stating that Obama published the Obama girl commercial, when in fact he did not.

My real problem is with the media attention that he has gotten for being a nutcase. Yes, I realize the irony of that statement considering I am also writing an article about him. However, the difference is that some of the news broadcast I have seen him on are actually taking what he has to say as serious and worth consideration as if he speaks for the black community. For instance, Manning was on the FOX news with John Gibson and Gibson at the end of the interview was fascinated and wanting to have Manning on again. I think it is ridiculous.
