After a year off of publishing my picks for the NCAA's, I am rested, tanned, and ready (ok...maybe not tanned) for this year's tournament. My key to picking teams is letting the statistics guide you, as I explained in my previous article(Chet's 2008 Picks). With that in mind, here are my picks:

The East

First round:
