Normal symptoms of pregnancy would be nausea, vomiting, breast tenderness, missed period, etc. However, you do not have to have all of even any of these symptoms and you may still be pregnant. If you are trying you should regularly take pregnancy tests just to make sure you are not already pregnant and just do not know it yet!
My two experiences of pregnancy were completely different but they had two things alike that you will read about later in this article.
First of all, you do not have to have a missed period to be pregnant! I was on the Depo-Provera shot for 2 years before attempting to get pregnant. They say that it takes anywhere from a month to a year and a half to get your period back after stopping injections. It took 2 years after I got off the shot to get pregnant and I never did get my period back, so I did not have the luxury of suspecting I was pregnant because of a missed period. The only reason I even thought to take a pregnancy test was because I was nauseated and throwing up all weekend and Pepto Bismol was not helping! Also, my breasts were really sore so I thought what would it hurt to take a test? Sure enough, the test was positive. Now, the really weird thing is that 2 1/2 years after that pregnancy test I had my 1-year-old baby and still had not gotten my period back from when I was on the shot. I decided to take a pregnancy test just because I had a feeling. I had no symptoms at all such as nausea, vomiting, or breast tenderness. Once again, I was pregnant without ever having a period beforehand to have that clue of missing a period to know that I was pregnant.
Overall, there are lots of different symptoms and every pregnancy is different on whether or not you have these symptoms. Keep in mind that you DO NOT have to have a period in order to get pregnant!
