Prejudiced Santa!

A Perception

Tussy
I

Santa has environmental prejudices,

He seems to avoid dark alleys,

Yet, he seasonally visits,

Affluent homes on well lit streets.

II

Santa steers clear of the masses,

Is he into people's classes?

He favors those who can afford,

This is so very, very absurd.

III

Santa always have gifts,

For kids inside iron gates,

With beautiful houses aglow,

Decorated with fancy mistletoe.

IV

Santa seems to ignore,

Kids who are poor,

Living in shabby homes,

Located in filthy slums.

V

Still, they wait for a miracle,

Foretold by an oracle,

A day will soon be here,

In all houses, Santa will appear.
