Saturated fats could cause you to gain weight and is said to aggravate PMS symptoms so go easy on fatty foods. On the other hand, salt, sugar, red meat, some alcoholic beverages and caffeine could help relieve you of PMS symptoms. According to experts, beer could be very helpful when it comes to relieving you of some stomach cramps and mild headaches. One mug of beer could do the trick so drink up!

Now, if you are really feeling tired and you are having stomach cramps, you should take some rest. According to experts, lying down and putting some hot compress on your stomach could help relieve you with some of the pains. Going to sleep could do you some wonders so go ahead and get some sleep. By the time you wake up, some of the symptoms would be gone and you start feeling better.

Another way to relieve you of some discomforts is to take a hot shower for not more than 15 minutes. A hot shower could relieve the tensions of your muscles and help you cope with PMS. Besides, a shower could help you feel fresh and better able to cope with PMS.
