Presto Dual Profry Deep Fryer - Product Review

I went to a restaurant that had deep fried my chicken. After tasting my meal, I was amazed at how crispy it was and how great it tasted. The reason I knew it was deep fried was because I asked the waitress how they cooked it.

I went to Wal-Mart and found the Presto Dual Profry Deep Fryer for $70, which is cheap in my book. I'm still not sure if I like it or not but I am sure to find out after a few more uses.

What I like about the Presto Dual Profry Deep Fryer

So far the thing I most like about the Presto Dual Profry Deep Fryer is that it gives me the ability to cook my food like a professional. At first I was worried about size but once I took it out the box, I realized that I was able to stick it right on my counter top. Not only was it small but it only weighed around 5 lbs.

Another thing that I liked about the Presto Dual Profry Deep Fryer was that it came with two different fryer baskets. Most fryers I've ever seen have come with only one size fits all basket. I find this convenient because it allows me to switch up my baskets from time to time. Also, the baskets are oblong which make sit easier to cook large pieces of fish and chicken.

Now at first I thought the Presto Dual Profry Deep Fryer was going to be a hassle because it was so small. I just knew I wasn't going to be able to cook a family meal in a decent amount of time. But to my surprise I was wrong, I was not only able to cook an entire family meal in less than an hour, It took me less time to fry a batch of chicken in the fryer than it would have if I would have fried it in a skillet.

The Presto Dual Profry Deep Fryer takes about 5 to 8 minutes to heat up grease which is pretty neat as well. There is an 1,800 watt immersion element that allows quick heating. And since the pot is enameled, its really easy to clean.

If that wasn't enough the Presto Dual Profry Deep Fryer has a thermostat that allows me to adjust my temperature, so I don't have to worry about over cooking my food.

The Presto Dual Profry Deep Fryer is actually a cool Kitchen appliance that makes frying foods much more interesting. Plus it allows for a less messier experience. It keeps my grease where it should be which is in the fryer and not on the stove.
