With the empty perfume bottles that you like consider putting them in your bathroom. You might be able to fill them with liquid soap, shampoo or other toiletries in the room. They also make great decorations on windowsills and on the backs of toilets in a bathroom.
You can also use empty perfume bottles in your bedroom. They can be used on several different stands, dressers or tables to add special decoration to the room. Make it look really pretty when you use them in your bedroom. Using shelving and mantles are the best places to scope out potential places where you can use your old perfume bottles for the most dramatic effects. You do not have to use them just as they are. You can put gem stones on them or cover them with glitter. Keep in mind that you need to use a good glue to hold items to the bottles. If you have several of the same bottles they can make great accent pieces on a side table or on the outskirts of a mantle display.
If you like, you can use them for watering plants. Simply clean out the perfume bottle well and fill it with water. You can then spray your plants with it. Keep it on a windowsill so that you can find it quickly.
Empty perfume bottles are fun to decorate with. You can use them in foyers, dining rooms, living rooms and outside, too. There are all kinds of uses for them, so remember that throwing them away should not be an option, unless you really hate them. Keep them and use them or sell them to someone else so that they can.
Using perfume bottles to decorate is a great accessory to any home. Remember to keep your old bottles and then when you have enough of them, decide which rooms you want to dress up. Also remember to be creative and use other items to dress up the bottles to give them a whole new look. You will find that this will allow you to make some really unique pieces. Have fun when you are creating the look that you want. Use your perfume bottles to add dramatic flare to any room. Take pictures of your final look so that you can show others what you have done and so that you can remember what you did if you plan to change it in the future. Old perfume bottles can come in really handy for the decorator in all of us.
