Prevent Winter-Dry Feet with Gold Bond Foot Cream

How I Got Soft, Silky Feet

B. Hatcher
Living in the cold Midwest, there are a few things I can depend on each winter, snow and dry, cracked feet. Every winter, I vow not to have what I call "sandpaper feet," and every spring I work hard to make my feet sandal-worthy. Finally, I found the secret to having sandal worthy feet year round. Gold Bond Foot Cream is my hero. Finally I have soft silky feet all year round, and you can too. Here is how I managed to obtain my new feet.

Off to the nearest drugstore looking for a solution to help my feet. I had not tried Gold Bond Foot Cream but had heard good things about the company. My son in the past had used Gold Bonds Medicated Powder with great results, so I thought why not. I purchased the lotion and a pumice stone for under $10.00. Once I arrived home, I filled the tub with water and soaked my feet for about 20 min. in some hot water. Using the pumice stone, I scrubbed off as much dry dead skin as possible. Once I was done, I dried my feet well, applied the lotion and put on a pair of socks. Every morning I used the pumice stone while in the shower, then applied the lotion. My goal was to use the lotion twice a day once in the morning and before bed. A few days later I noticed a difference, my feet were getting softer and the cracks were healing. That was it, I was hooked. Gold Bond became my new best friend. My feet were no longer in pain and they were softer than they had been in months. After about a month I had nice feet again. No need to hid them, or start the sandal worthy ritual come April.

Gold Bond is manufactured by Chattem Inc. (www.chattem.com) producing many quality products that we use today. Gold Bond Foot Cream has a triple action relief, relieves dry irritated skin, soothes and softens and cools and revitalizes tired feet. It includes 7 moisturizers plus vitamins A,C and E to help with healing. Gold Bond Foot Cream can be found in Grocery, Drug and Discount stores nationwide.

Using this cream on a regular bases will relieve the nasty winter feet. Nothing like have nice soft silky feet all year round. My feet were so bad my Doctor recommended that I see a dermatologist to help heal them. I saved myself a ton of money by purchasing the Gold Bond Foot Cream and a pumice stone instead.
