Prince Andrew and Queen of Scandal Ex-Wife, Sarah Ferguson, 'Fergie', in Bed Together Again?

Sarah Ferguson, 'Fergie', Ex-wife of England's Prince Andrew, is in Another Scandal!

Prince Andrew's ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, also known by her nickname 'Fergie', met in a NY hotel room with a News of the World reporter working undercover. Sarah is now involved in another scandal because of it. This time Sarah says Prince Andrew is in bed with her on it, according to MSNBC. In fact, Sarah Ferguson claims that Prince Andrew is in favor of the deal she attempted to cut in a NY hotel room on Tuesday.

Sarah Ferguson: Queen of Scandal?

Sarah Ferguson was in scandal after scandal when she was married to England's Prince Andrew. In those days Sarah managed to embarras her Majesty Queen Elizabeth on a very regular basis. There was the toe-sucking pics snapped of her and a man (not the Prince) in a poolside romp at a foreign villa one week, and other outings that I won't rehash here.

Suffice it to say, Sarah, the ex-royal wife of Prince Andrew, knows how to make a scene and prompt a scandal. And Sarah Ferguson is doing it again. But this time she claims the prince of England is in on it too.

What Did Sarah Ferguson, the Queen of Scandal in England, Do Wrong?

Sarah's previous scandals usually involved her and another man. That hasn't changed. And Sarah's prior scandals also involved a hint of sex. Check. This scandal happened in a hotel room. But this time the man in question wasn't a potential lover or suitor, and while the hotel room was being used for a money exchange...it wasn't for sex.

Sarah Ferguson was cutting a deal with a businessman (she thought) for doing what other businessmen in America do all the time: arrange meet and greets.

Prince Andrew Said to Be Involved In the Business Scandal Transaction

Sarah accepted a payment of $57,000 from a man claiming to want to meet and conduct business with Prince Andrew. Sarah, ever mindful of making a buck (who isn't?), had dollar signs in her money-hungry eyes when she agreed to arrange the meet and greet with the prince, once the man in question ponied up 500,000 british pounds more into her private bank account.

The man agreed, secretly shooting a video of the transaction, unbeknownst to the woman who could have one day sat next to a man on the throne, if they hadn't divorced first. Sarah, in the videotaped meeting, told the man that Prince Andrew would approve.

Sarah Ferguson the Victim of a Manipulative Press?

Sarah Ferguson is a woman scorned by the Royals, mocked by the press, and ridiculed by those who think she was a social climber who got what she deserved. But is Sarah Ferguson guilty of anything more than just bad judgement and poor work opportunities?

'Fergie' didn't arrange the hotel videotaping, so she isn't the manipulative person conniving to set someone else up. In fact, Fergie, to my recollection, has not ever attempted to purposefully do evil to any Royal or member of the royal family or the press. The girl and her friend Princess Diana were put through the wringer by the press and the royals years ago. And we see how Diana fared in the end with that too.

Prince Andrew Supports Sarah Ferguson's Efforts to Make Money on Her Own

Prince Andrew's ex-wife Sarah Ferguson has been known to do things behind her ex-husband's back. Yes, she was caught in embarrasing illicit moments outside her marriage. She got divorced for that. Yes, she embarrased the Queen on occassion. She became an ex-royal for that. And now, Sarah Ferguson is attempting to give a businessman a business advantage by promoting him to her ex-husband Prince Andrew. But introducing the man, talking up his business proposal, and promising him that Prince Andrew will lend a willing ear to his business proposal does not a scandal make.

If Sarah Ferguson's actions are scandalous than so is half the business conducted in America. Who in America doesn't network, which can include a quid pro quo relationship? Tell me Donald Trump doesn't grease some palms...or President Obama, for that matter?

No Scandal In My Book Unless Prince Andrew Is On the Take

Here is where the rubber meets the road: If Prince Andrew is selling his support and royal influence to outside entities that aren't in the best interest of England that would be a scandal. Otherwise, it is just an ex-wife making a buck off of a business person willing to fork over some money to have a sit down with a potential buyer.

Prince Andrew is the only one who can say if he was agreeable to allowing his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson to broker meetings on his behalf. But I know many meeting brokers who promise stuff they really can't deliver. Sarah may have promised the business man the moon, but that never meant she could deliver it. And that's not a crime either. It is unethical, of course, but not a crime.

The Real Crime is the Press' Attempt to Entrap the Ex-Royal

Ex-royal Sarah Ferguson's ethical and moral character has been known for years. That's not news, and it hasn't changed. I'm certainly not condoning either. But what I find is the real scandal in this situation is the press doing what law enforcement can get in a heap of trouble about: entrapment.

This reporter didn't do an investigative piece; he did a setup. He set up Sarah Ferguson on purpose, and he knew she was of such character to fall for it. That's the lowest in journalism in my book: gunning for a target when no story was there in the first place. If he were a police officer he would be tarred and feathered for entrapment activity. But in the news world he is being lauded. There is something wrong with that picture. And I hope Sarah Ferguson sues his sorry butt!

  • Prince Andrew's ex-wife 'Fergie' in another scandal, but this time it isn't her fault.
  • 'Fergie' set up by manipulative press in a sting that was concocted by journalists.
  • Journalists practiced entrapment activity on England's ex-royal Sarah Ferguson.
Will the Queen take the journalists to task who attempted to entrap her ex-daughter-in-law Sarah Ferguson, or will she hide being the usual 'no comment' remark?
