Prince Charles Gives Up Throne Forever

Gets Advice from Pope Concerning Divorce

Keith Ljunghammar
"... And that all Papists and persons marrying Papists, shall be excluded from and forever incapable to inherit posses or enjoy the Imperial Crown of Great Britain, and the Dominion thereunto belonging or any part thereof..." Act of Union 1707, Article 2 (*1)

Prince Charles has been given instructions about the Pope's dislike of divorce from Pope Benedict XVI. (*2) The Sacrament of Marriage is a strong bond and should not be lightly annulled or divorced from.

Ones loyalty to Crown and Church needs to be particularly highlighted in determining loyalty of citizens and subjects. Is there a total or a half or a somewhat degree of loyalty. If a citizen or subject is seeking service in government office a continual look for espionage, spying to disloyalty is always being scrutinized. Casual disloyalty may get no advancement or a casual reprimand to firing from government service.

Likewise disloyalty or non-displays of affection by a King or Queen or potential Prince to the Crown need to be continually scrutinized. Are there going to be other loyalties which will dramatically affect the ongoing temperament of a royal?

Will this possibly affect the character of the country in the future? Will this create a position of subservience to other monarchies or other powers which would move control out of the hands of Parliament? More than one angle needs to looked at.

What loyalties have the House of Windsor royals displayed toward England since Queen Victoria?

Tepid at best I would say.

From Edward VIII, George V, Edward VIII, George VI and now Elizabeth II what has happened?

A continuous decay in morals and an increasing desire for more money.

Edward VIII, abdicated and some would say he embodied Adolf Hitler fascist thinking. (*3) And now Elizabeth II is requesting 32 million pounds to upgrade Buckingham Palace and other royal residences when she could use her own funds for an upgrade in a time of national economic distress. (*4)

Then did the House of Windsor create WWI and WWI. Some say yes. But a greater question might be: What was done prior to stop the wars? What leadership was shown? Did they get more wealth during and after these tragic world events or did they suffer as well? Follow the money. But this will be hard to do without records revealed.

Back to the basic loyalty question. Didn't Queen Elizabeth marry Prince Albert who was from a Greek Orthodox background. (*5) He converted to the Church of England prior to his marriage to Queen Elizabeth II. This was to recognize Act of Union 1707 requirements (*1) so Queen Elizabeth II could stay the Queen of England. Queen Elizabeth II recognizes the laws which the Estate of Parliament have clearly stated and required for a Monarch. What is Prince Charles doing even getting advice from Pope Benedict XVI.

Advising of divorce by Pope Benedict XVI would be a violation of major legislation, treaties and constitutional elements of Great Britain. The Magna Carta 1215, section 1 (*6), Act of Succession (*7) and Act of Union 1707 (*1) all refer back to the Church of England. Some mildly and some strongly as the only church to follow for the requirement of being a sovereign over England. The Act of Union 1707 specifically indicates Papal loyalty will extinguish royal prerogatives both current and for an heir.

May I suggest a different course of action. Go back to the House of Stuart and the House of Hanover.

The House of Stuart has served England and yes Scotland for many years. The test of time has shown loyalty to the two countries. The test of time has shown loyalty and compassion for England and Scotland. James Francis Edward, a loyal protestant, even fled to France so his country of England would not have to go through a war and thus annihilating itself internally. A love like King David to Jerusalem is hard to find in a loyal subject let alone in a King who has power.

Where does England's loyalties stand?

The question really is: Are the real pretenders going to be put out of office and England's true love put back on the throne?

From Queen Victoria you have on the House of Hanover, Victoria, W. Weiser, Edith Haugen, Elmer Haugen and now Pat Shupe.

These are also from the House of Stuart - from James II to James Francis Edward to Bonnie Prince Charles, etc. All are non-Papists and loyal to England.

Otherwise, if England does not want to abide by the Magna Carta, the Succession Act, and Act of Union of 1707, Scotland has, according to those documents the right and the duty, as prescribed in the Article, Acts and Treaties, to immediately secede from England and re-establish itself as sovereign and separate from England and from the Estates of Parliament forever. If England fails to abide by the Act of Union of 1707 then Great Britain and Scotland need to separate. The treaty has been voided and thus separation is required.

Perhaps it may have been visionary of the writers of the Act of Union 1707 in spelling out the following wording. They probably knew it would not last.

"And that the Crown, Sceptor and Sword of State, the Records of Parliament, and all other Records, Rolls and Registers whatsoever, both publick and private generall and particular, and Warrands thereof Continue to be keeped as they are within that part of the United Kingdom now called Scotland, and that they shall so remain in all time coming, not withstanding of the Union."
