Prince William and Kate Middleton's Royal Wedding Party

Patricia Sicilia
The royal couple's wedding party was made up of relatives and godchildren, royals and commoners. Everyone knows Maid of Honour, Pippa Middleton, the bride's sister, and Best Man Prince Harry, the groom's brother. But who are those adorable children?

The Honourable Margarita Elizabeth Rose Alleyne Armstrong-Jones, 8, daughter of Viscount and Viscountess Linley, grandniece of Queen Elizabeth, second cousin to Prince William. She is 15th in line to the throne. She had the smile and wave down pat and is reported to have all the star quality of her late grandmother, Princess Margaret, Queen Elizabeth's sister. I dare say she will be a hot commodity when she matures.

Princess Louise of Wessex (Louise Alice Elizabeth Mary) , known as Lady Louise Mountbatten-Windsor, 7, Prince William's cousin. She is the oldest child of Prince Edward, Prince Charles' brother, and Sophie, Countess of Wessex, and the youngest granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip. She is ninth in line of succession to the thrones of 16 Commonwealth realms (Royal line of succession), and you can tell she KNOWS it. Her birth in 2003 knocked Margarita down one notch in succession.

Miss Grace Van Cutsem, 3, Prince William's goddaughter, daughter of Lady Rose Astor and Hugh Van Cutsem, a close friend of Prince William's, and the great-great-great-granddaughter of William Waldorf Astor. Prince William was an usher at her parents' wedding in 2005. While on the balcony, she covered her ears, clearly displeased by all the noise of the crowd and the planes flying over. She seemed to frown and pout throughout the day, but, hey, she's only 3.

Miss Eliza Lopes, 3, granddaughter of Prince Charles' wife Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall. Eliza's mother is Laura Rose Lopes, Camilla's only daughter and she manages a London art gallery. Her father is Harry Lopes, a former Calvin Klein underwear model. A cutey-pie, she smiled reservedly throughout the day. I do believe she's the one Camilla lifted up on the balcony.

Master William Lowther-Pinkerton, 10, son of Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton, Prince William's private secretary since 2005. He was the dark-haired pageboy who had a jolly old time with Master Pettifer and the bridesmaids throughout the day.

Master Tom Pettifer, 8, Prince William's godson, son of Tigge Pettifer-Bourke, William's former nanny. He was the blond pageboy. He smiled and laughed throughout the day.

I couldn't help but wonder if some day the pageboys would hook up with Margarita or Louise. And I also pondered whether three-year-olds, no matter how darling, should have been in the wedding. Will they even remember it? I don't think so. Better to have chosen little girls old enough to cherish the memory.

Ah, but it was a grand day.

I too am glad he's gone but worry about the remaining troops over there. God bless and protect our men and women who serve.

Great work my friend. I tried commenting on the Bin Lauden article and couldn't and wanted to say I too am glad he's gone but worry about the remaining troops over there. God bless and protect our men and women who serve.

Gee, do you suppose the kids stand around trying to recall the other kids' long lists of names?
