Eleven years after Princess Diana's shocking death in the Pont de L'Alma underpass in Paris, a jury has finally ruled that her death as well as that of her boyfriend, Dodi Fayed was an "unlawful killing" in the spectrum of negligent driving.

The negligent driving was determined against the vehicles chasing the princess as well as her driver that night, Henri Paul. Paul was intoxicated and had an alcohol blood content level three times higher then the legal limit in France.

The official public ruling concludes that the failure of Diana and Fayed to wear seat belts was also a contributing factor.

The BBC is reporting that in the inquest of a conspiracy, Lord Justice Scott Baker of England ruled the following: "There is no evidence that the Duke of Edinburgh ordered Diana's execution and there is no evidence that the Secret Intelligence Service or any other government agency organized it."

This inquest comes after eleven years of accusations and questions from the father of Dodi Fayed; Mohammad Al-Fayed. Fayed who owns London's Harrod Square as well as The Ritz in Paris was convinced that there was a conspiracy to murder Diana and Dodi by the Duke of Edinburgh and the Royal family.

Fayed has always blatantly stated that the accident was actually a killing triggered by racism. Fayed believes that the Princess of Wales was pregnant with his son's child and had plans of marrying Dodi before the two were killed.

Fayed has always emotionally and angrily stated that the idea that the Princess of Wales, whose children are heirs to the British throne would marry and give birth to a half Muslim baby was enough to motivate a conspiracy of murder.

Fayed appeared on the talk show, The Hour, hosted by George Stroumboulopulos. During his appearance he called the Duke of Edinburgh, "a Nazi" and "known racist." Fayed also told Stroumboulopulos that: "Its not easy to know that your child has been slaughtered by a bunch of gangsters whom they call themselves the Royal family."

The Daily Telegraph Chief Reporter, Gordon Rayner writes that Fayed is "disappointed" by the verdict. Rayner quotes Fayed as saying that: "The jury have found that it wasn't just the paparazzi who caused the crash, but identified following vehicles. Who they are and what they were doing in Paris is still a mystery."

Members of Diana's friends and family had often said that the relationship between Fayed and the Princess was only a fling. Letters, hand written by Diana were presented to the Courts during the proceedings. The letters proved that the relationship was far from a fling.

The Telegraph has published these letters that do reveal that Diana, the Princess of Wales was deeply in love with Fayed and blissfully happy in their growing committed relationship.

A situation/incident that still stirs heavy emotions on all sides, there do need to be more strict laws dealing with photographers and privacy. The balance needs to be struck so people/celebs can have peaceful moments and photographers can still make a living.

Wow!!! That was a short article but with a lot of emotion. I know for a fact that the Duke of Edinburgh is a racist. The late queen mum "bless her heart" I remember had to make a public apology after uttering the dreaded n-word. I wouldn't put murder past these colonizers.
