There is a kids club organized by Cosmos and also another club which is organized by the Spanish. Children are welcome at both On site there is a huge freshwater pool with seperate kiddies part. The animation team get everyone involved here daily. No problem getting sunbeds. There are spacious gardens in and around the hotel to relax in the sun. Two tennis courts can be found at the rear of the complexand a small shop in the foyer for day to day needs. Evening entertainment is in the large bar area above the restaurant. It is the usual holiday entertainment with various acts which tour the islands throughout the year. The animation team get involved and there is usually some fun disco or other for the younger children. If you tire of the entertainment it is but a short 15 minutes stroll into Cala Bosch where you can take your pick of dozens of restaurants dotted around the marina. There is a crazy golf and bouncy castle area for children with a small playpool area too.
If you dont fancy that long walk into Cala Bosch just pop out of the back of the complex and just across the road there is a small commercial complex with half a dozen eateries overlooking the beach. The Son Xorgier beach is small but does have a windsurf school. The other beach at Cala Bosch is a short stroll across a headland. The restaurant in the hotel is very good and caters for all tastes with a very wide selection each and every evening. No one can say they dont have choice here!!
All in all The Princessa Playa is ideally located and is a great bolt hole to get that Summer sun tan. Very clean and well organized, the reception staff and the bar staff are all very professional and well turned out. I rate this hotel highly and would have no hesitation in returning.
