Print Brochures for Free

Brochures can be a fantastic way to present your company's ideals as well as what it does and what it stands for. The brochures can be passed out to anyone willing to take the paper from your hand. Luckily, instead of being forced to take the brochure to a large printing company, which will charge an excessive fee, you can create and print the brochures for free at many different facilities.

At Home

As long as you have a computer and a printer at home you will be able to print just about anything, and this includes brochures. You most likely have a brochure template on your computer as well and you probably don't even know it. If you have either Microsoft Word or Corel Word Perfect you will have brochure template you can use to create your free brochures. Open up "Templates" and select the brochure settings you would like. From here you will be able to design the look and feel you want, than print it off without paying for anything (outside of needing paper of course).

At Work

Like printing at home, you will be able to print these documents from work. Make sure to ask from your boss before you start the printing process. They may be a little skeptical about you using a few hundred pieces of paper for the project, but when you tell them exactly how much money you will be saving by not taking the brochure to a printing company, they will most likely be completely for it, especially if the design is all they are hoping for.

At School

Sometimes you will need the brochure for a school project instead of for a business. This will be much easier to print because you probably will not need a large quantity of the brochure. Create the free brochure in the word processing programs, the same as if you were at home, and use the school's printing lab to print off the document. One side note though, when you click "Print" in the word document software, the printing options menu will appear. Click the "Properties" button and make sure the printer is selected to print in color. Printers at school will often be set to print in black and white. This is something you will not want, so adjust the default back to color for the time being and finish printing your document.
