Private Practice Stars Are the Best Celebrities on Twitter

It is very easy to feel connected to people in today's high tech world of Blackberries, iPhones and social networking sites such as Twitter. Only the folks at Twitter know for sure, but it is estimated that there are more than 13 million people with Twitter accounts and several thousand of them are famous celebrities. In 2009, for than two billion "tweets" (140 character messages) were posted by Twitter users. Many celebrities such as John Mayer, Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore and Paris Hilton post meaningless tweets about what they ate for lunch, what they bought at the store and what movies they are watching.
