Lately I have been getting bad backaches due to muscle stiffness. One of the organic bath soaks I have been using to relieve my muscle stiffness and relieve the pain in my back is the 100 Percent Pure Rosemary Muscle Soak Vapor Bath. The bath soak does have a strong rosemary aroma that is very uplifting and refreshing too.
The 100 Percent Pure Rosemary Muscle Soak Vapor Bath comes in a brown clear glass bottle that contains about 4 ounces of bath soak. The bath soak is clear and contains organic ingredients such as rosemary oil, limonene, linalool and sake. These organic ingredients are what help relieve my muscle stiffness and backaches as I am soaking in a warm bath. There are no harsh ingredients in this bath soak at all, which is another main reason I like it.
The way I use the rosemary bath soak is by filling my bathtub up with plenty of hot water. Then I pour about '¼ cup of the bath soak into the bathwater. The bath soak does not get foamy or anything like bubble bath does because it is simply a muscle soak. Once the bath soak and bathwater have been combining together I get into the hot bath and soak for 45 minutes to an hour. I find soaking this long relieves all my aches, pains and stiffness permanently. My skin also becomes silky soft when using this bath soak, which is also very nice.
Another way I like to use this rosemary bath soak is in my footbath to help relax and soothe my feet from aches and pains. Then I fill the footbath up with hot water and than pour about '¼ cup of the soak directly into the water. After I soak my feet for about 30 minutes and than they become silky smooth and soft too.
I would definitely recommend the 100 Percent Pure Rosemary Muscle Soak Vapor Bath to anyone looking for an organic muscle soak to use that really works well. I know for me the soaks does wonders and I know I will always keep it on hand. However, I will say the soak is very expensive, but my muscle stiffness was so bad I felt it was worth the money. I wish you all the very best with relieving your muscle stiffness and backaches as well.
