Two winters ago, I took a good look at myself...physically. I seriously needed to tone up and shape my muscles, as well as improving my circulation. I embarrassingly admit that I couldn't wear a pair of pants without jumping up and down to get the zipper up. I discouragingly realized that I needed to lose weight around my abdomen. I needed something to motivate me back into shape.
One week-night after watching the late news, I noticed that the tele-infomercials had started. Out of curiosity I continued watching. The first product to be advertised was an exercise apparatus named the "Ab Revolutionizer™". The more I watched, the more I became interested. At this point, I need to stipulate a disclaimer: I am very skeptical about purchasing products being advertised on television, due to my not wanting to have to face disappointments that a product has not lived up to its "sales pitch", coupled with the added sting of having wasted my money. End disclaimer.
However, the more I looked at the Ab Revolutionizer™ infomercial, the more I became interested. The company offered equal payment installments which I felt would not tax on my monetary budget. (Refer to Source links as to where this product can be obtained). I witnessed people young and old trying this product, as well as the variety of exercises one could do with the AB Revolutionizer™. I then made a decision to purchase.
After I purchased, I felt a little nervous. My main concern was feeling if I had done the right decision investing in a product which would work for me. Shipment was fast. I received the product within a week. I carefully opened the box, took the pieces out and assembled it in less than a minute. Simple!
Included at no extra charge, was a:
1. Padded Contour Headrest;
2. An instructional training video by Lynn Brick;
3. and a nutritional guide.
As well, there was a 30-day guarantee that if I wasn't satisfied with the product that I could return it for a full refund of my money, minus the shipping and handling.
I read their "pictorial" instructions on how to use the AB Revolutionizer™. I then decided to try it. As I laid comfortably on my padded carpet, I slowly began to think, "This was a waste of my money", because I couldn't feel any resistance to the muscle groups in my abdominal area. I worked at it for about 15 minutes. Feeling a tad dis-illusioned and as I stood up, I couldn't believe the tightness in both my upper and lower abdominal muscles! The exercising was so effortless that I had judged the AB Revolutionizer™ too quickly. It did work! I had absolutely no backaches and no neck pains.
I soon discovered that I could also use the AB Revolutionizer™ to strengthen my torso, my upper arms (simply by resting my legs and pulling on the front bar), and my back muscles while doing crunches. The wonderful discovery when working out my back muscles was that it didn't bother the sciatica lower-back problem which I had. If anything, the AB Revolutionizer™ helped me to get rid of this problem!
Overall, I have not only toned and sculpted my body, but have gone down 5 pants sizes. This product's portability in size enables me to store it out of sight easily and to bring it anywhere I travel. I have become quite pleased with my AB Revolutionizer™.
