Balance Nutrition Gold Energy Bar is considered one serving size. They are about the size of a normal candy bar. Every bar that is different is labeled highlighting what that item has to offer. The Rocky Road Energy bar highlights the information that makes it special which is that it is high in protein and has 23 Vitamins and Minerals.

My dislikes about this product was that I found it to be a little expensive and not many stores carry more than one flavor. Other than that I have no complaints. It is a pretty good health bar.
