Product Review: Banzai Wipeout Curve Water Park

The Banzai Wipeout Curve Water Park is an inflatable water play area for children. This product would be perfect to use during the hot summer months. The Water Park costs $425 from amazon.com but this is considerably less than what you would spend on a pool.

The Water Park is 18 feet long by 11 feet wide and 10.5 feet tall. It can hold up to 200 pounds of kids at a time so many kids can play on this at once depending on their age and size. Kids can climb up the climbing wall and then slide down a fast, curved slide. There is also an activity lagoon at the bottom with basketball and water cannons. My kids have told me that they prefer to use this product than have a pool. It is more fun and gives them more activities to do. Plus, it is much less maintenance for me and I do not feel the need to watch the kids so closely when they are playing with this as I would if they were in a pool.

By adding some tear-free shampoo to the top of the slide, it makes it much faster and helps to keep it clean as well. The water park looks like it would be a pain to set up since it is so large, but it inflates in less than five minutes with the continuous airflow blower. All you have to do is lay it out flat and turn on the motor. It folds up pretty small to store as well, but you will want to make sure you have let it dry out first so it doesn't get moldy and smell. A good way to do this is to turn the water off and then turn the blower off so the pool can empty.

Then turn the blower back on so the whole product can dry out in the sun. I have had a problem with the seams ripping in a couple places during use but that can easily be fixed with a needle and thread if you have any idea how to sew. It only took me a few minutes to sew the seams back up and I didn't have to send it out somewhere to get repaired. Overall, my kids enjoy using this product and I am happy with how simple it is for me to take care of. We have gotten a lot of use out of it with very few problems (seam ripping) and would invest in another in the future if we ever need to.
