The strap on my Belkin Sports Sleeve is black with a gray stripe, and easily adjusts to fit my arm. There is a velcro closure on the strap, so it is easy to adjust, to open, and to close the strap around your arm. You can secure your Ipod Nano to your arm wherever it feels most comfortable. I prefer to fasten it onto my left bicep, since I am right-handed. This allows me to use my right hand to reach across to adjust the settings and to navigate through my music. I also feed the headphone wire through my left sleeve, through my shirt, and out my shirt's neckhole to my ears.
By doing this, the wire is secure and does not bounce around or dangle when I am exercising. The Belkin Sports Sleeve for the Ipod Nano is a great product to use if you are a runner or a walker. It allows you to run or walk without fear of your Ipod Nano falling and breaking. It also allows you to run or walk while leaving your hands free, so you don't have to carry or hold your Ipod Nano. This way you can use your hands for other things, such as waving to a friend or neighbor, tieing your sneakers, or grabbing a bottle or water.
The Belkin Sports Sleeve for the Ipod Nano is also great for people who work out at a gym and want to listen to music while using a treadmill, stationary bike, or other form of exercise equipment. The Belkin Sports Sleeve for the Ipod Nano costs about $15 plus tax. I purchased mine at a local K-mart store, but you can also buy one online through Belkin's website. Their web address is http://world.belkin.com/. I have been very happy with my Belkin Sports Sleeve for my Ipod Nano. I use it just about every day when I walk, run, or work out. It is a great product and I highly recommend it.
