I delicious flavorful tea I have been drinking lately is the Bigelow Red Raspberry Herb Tea. I like this tea because it has a light delicate red raspberry flavor and is caffeine free. It also taste good both hot and cold with a tiny bit of honey and is packed full of antioxidants.
The Bigelow Red Raspberry Herb Tea comes in a box with twenty individually wrapped tea bags inside. The ingredients inside each tea bag are rose hips, apples, hibiscus, elderberries and red raspberries. There are not calories in this tea, but it is full of potassium, which is good for the body. The tea bags do have a sweet red raspberry aroma to them when you open them from there packaging which I find uplifting.
The way I enjoy making the red raspberry tea is by placing two to three tea bags inside my teapot and than pour boiling water over them. After, I place the lid on my teapot and allow the red raspberry tea to steep for a good ten minutes. You will know the tea is ready to drink because it will have a deep red raspberry coloring to it. Once the red raspberry tea is ready, I pour some into my teacup, add a little bit of honey, and drink it down warm.
Now on days when it is hot outside I do like to make red raspberry ice tea by taking the freshly brewed red raspberry tea and pouring it over some ice in a glass or pitcher. After, I like to add a few slices of lemon and a couple tablespoons of sugar. Then I drink down a cool glass of sweet and refreshing red raspberry ice tea. The red raspberry ice tea does taste like red raspberries and is delicious all on its own if you do not want to add sugar and lemon too it.
I do feel since I have been drinking this tea I stay hydrated better throughout the day because I am constantly drinking it due to how good it taste and how easy it is to guzzle down. I also feel it has improved the appearance of my skin because again I am staying hydrated enough to flush the toxins out of my body naturally.
I would recommend the Bigelow Red Raspberry Herb Tea to anyone how loves herbal teas and red raspberries. I also feel this is an affordable high quality tea to drink regularly. I do hope those of you who try this red raspberry tea like it as much as I do.
