My favorite kind of ice cream from Breyers is their Double Churned Regular. This includes several flavors, such as Creamy Vanilla, Creamy Chocolate, Vanilla/Chocolate/Strawberry, Strawberries & Cream, Mint Chocolate Chip, and Chocolate Caramel Brownie. Out of these, Mint Chocolate Chip is my favorite. The flavor is outstanding but not overpowering, and the subtle chocolate chips add a nice chocolate flavor without being too much.
Breyers also makes novelty fun ice cream, especially geared towards kids. Some of their flavors are Twix, Snickers, Oreo, Heath English Toffee, Sponge Bob Cookie Dough, Dora the Explorer Strawberry & Banana, and M&M's Mint. I have tried the M&M's mint, and it is was really fun. Unlike their regular Mint Chocolate Chip, this ice cream was blatantly green, with fudge ripples running through it, along with miniature M&M's sprinkled throughout. It was delicious, but had a little too much sweet stuff for me, as I prefer a more subtle flavor. However, it was tasty, and I think this would be perfect for kids, or adults who like a lot of extra "stuff" in their ice cream.
For those who are health conscious, Breyers now has an organic line of ice cream. This combines their all-natural flavor with organic ingredients for a great taste combination. Flavors in this category are Vanilla Bean, Chocolate, Coffee, and Vanilla Fudge Swirl. The taste is superb and the flavoring is subtle. I highly recommend these tasty treats in their attractive packaging.
Breyers Ice Cream is a big favorite all over the United States. The top ten flavors of Breyers Ice Cream are Vanilla, French Vanilla, Chocolate, Vanilla/Chocolate/Strawberry, Butter Pecan, Mint Chocolate Chip, Strawberry, Rocky Road, Cookies & Cream and Vanilla/Chocolate. The company that makes Breyers Ice Cream, also makes such brands as Klondike, Popsicle, and Good Humor, so ice cream is really their specialty.
Grocery stores, convenience stores, and ice cream shops all carry Breyers. The reason is simply because it tastes so incredibly good, and so much better than store brand ice creams. I am all for being frugal, but in the case of Breyers Ice Cream, you truly get what you pay for. It may cost a little more, but once you get a taste of their quality ingredients and smooth creamy ice cream, you will never want to eat any other brand. I used to eat any kind of ice cream, but since trying Breyers, I simply won't go back to any other kind of ice cream.
I would recommend Breyers Ice Cream to anyone who loves ice cream and desserts. You can find it most anywhere. It is a little pricey, but it is so worth it. Breyers has a huge array of flavors and textures to match any palate or dietary need. And besides all these reasons, their ice cream just tastes good. Plain and simple. So sit back, relax, and have a yummy bowl of Breyers and you will be so glad you gave it a try.

Post a Commentwe used to be able to get Breyers Black Raspberry chocolate chip ice cream at any sotre that sold Breyers - until about 8 months ago- then we had to switch to Fresh Markets HomeMade Brand and they have recently stopped selling the Black Raspberry- What is going on??? Why cant we get that flavor down here???
Ok. I absolutely loved the Breyers M&M Mint Chip flavor which our Greenville, NC Harris Teeter discontinued after about 6 mos. Does Breyers still make this flavor?
As a child my parents took us to an ice cream shop in Pa. They made black raspberry ice cream and I loved it. Is it possible to bring the flavor back? I would love to get it back as it was very good. It was ice cream not sherbet.Of course this was back in the late fifties but I remember it as if it were yesterday. Thank You.
i love ice cream but not that much
Sponge Bob Cookie Dough? ha! They dont have that anymore. Well, at least none of the stores in my area carry it anymore. And, the oddest thing is - NO ONE knows why. Its almost as if I am prying out their teeth to get them to answer why it was discontinued from the shelves. Like I was asking for their social security number or something. Its the oddest thing. OH, and, no one at Breyers returns my emails, their web mail has been broken for 2 solid years now, and the "ice-cream finder" on their site shows a Target selling it within 10 miles of me. Nope - it sells some horrid "dora" stuff.
Now, you explain all of that to a 4 year old who is really wanting that stuff and you'll begin to understand why its getting frustrating. As for me, I dont care. But, this 4 year old and lots of her friends love that stuff and now - we WONT buy Breyers anything - on principal. The 4 year old will never understand it but this 42 year old knows how the market works - customers dictate s
