I recently picked up a packet of Cabot Vitamin E Anti-Stress Vanilla Bath Soak from my local pharmaceutical store and went home to try it. I must say I am very pleased with how well it was able to calm and relax me from my stressful day. It even had a nice sweet soothing vanilla aroma to it that helps uplift my negative mood.
The Cabot Vitamin E Anti-Stress Vanilla Bath Soak contains about 1 ounces of soak inside it, which makes plenty of little foamy bubbles unbelievably. The soak is clearer colored with a light sweet vanilla scent that is pleasing to the senses, yet not overpowering to the point it makes you sneeze or get a headache. The ingredients in the soak are chamomile, vitamin E, arnica, elderflower, vanilla extract, fennel extract, orange extract and grung ivy extract. These natural ingredients have anti-inflammatory properties that help relieve inflammation and pain in the body naturally. The ingredients also help nourish and soften the skin as you are relaxing which I really like since I always have dry irritated skin.
The way I used this vanilla bath soak is by pouring one packet into a bathtub filled with hot water. Then I swish my hand around in the bathwater until I got light foamy bubbles. Now this bath soak does not create huge bubbles so do be expecting that. It only creates light foamy ones that are gentle and nourishing to the skin and body so you do not have to worry about having dried out skin when using this bath soak. Once my bath was ready, I got into it and enjoyed the warmth and lovely vanilla aroma coming from the steam in the bath. I soaked for about 45 minutes in this bath soak and I have to say when I got out of the bathtub I was completely relaxed and my body wasn't achy, my mood wasn't negative and my skin was super silky soft with a light vanilla scent.
I have to say I was very pleased with this affordable packet of bath soak and would highly recommend it to anyone of my friends to use to help them unwind from a rough day or night. I do hope those of you who try this bath soak enjoy the way it relaxes your body and mind naturally too. I wish you all the best with staying well naturally.
